3. Long-term or chronic sleep disorder:

A person who suffers from a chronic sleep disorder has trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep. Specifically, an individual with a chronic sleep disorder has difficulty sleeping and sleeping continuously at least three times a week for at least three months .
