Week of Ascension: What if we went to Paris?

The sunny days come back slowly but surely this month, but our desires for sun on the beach may not correspond to our wallet and our schedule at this time of year.

Do not panic, you can always relax ... In the capital!

This last week of May in Paris promises to be sweet and sunny. As in a pre-holiday air, the beautiful world will be out, on and for the bridge!

So here are 7 essential activities for a Parisian week and relaxed to enjoy the spring as it should, alone, or accompanied.

Sunbathe  as spectators of the Roland Garros:

Do not forget your sunglasses! For this 118th edition, the famous second stage of the Grand Slam tennis tournament still announces a dazzling sports spectacle during which, once again,  the biggest international names will meet and compete. In the stands among the celebrities or on the sports bar terrace with friends, the atmosphere will be warmer, just like the weather we hope ...

Relax  feet in the grass  of the Longchamp stadium:

When the weather is fine, the Longchamp stadium is transformed into a giant picnic area where, before attending the famous horse races, Dj, food, and drinks await you.

And unlike England, the hat is not mandatory; but it will probably be recommended.

Meet  the joy and good humor, and at any time  along the Seine:

On the quays or on a barge, where street shows and organized/improvised aperitifs will make you love the city of lovers and friends!

While the beautiful season arrives, Rive Droite and Rive Gauche find themselves in a warm atmosphere and especially under the last rays of Sun. You can walk, read, make music, meet people, or just admire this spectacle of the beautiful life while enjoying the view of the many famous monuments of the city.

Relax  on the terrace:

It is well known, Parisian bistros are the symbol of French " dolce vita ". We observe passers-by and passers-by envy us, and do the same. We gossip, we complain about the last football game, the last elections, demonstrations, in short, life... it's an art of living and you'll never tire of it.

Stroll  through the many parks of the city and the small cobblestone streets:

As it is always good to breathe in the shade of trees and away from urban traffic. Fortunately, the city offers several parks and squares open to the public to give its visitors a green and calm break.

Similarly, the resonant sound of footsteps in one of the many narrow cobbled streets of the old city provides me with certain appeasement of solitude and calm.

Montmartre, the Buttes Chaumont, the Marais, Saint-Germain des Près ... All these big names (to be pronounced with the Parisian bourgeois accent of course) do not they already inspire you with the romanticism of simple pleasures?

Let go of  the aisles of the renowned department stores of the capital:

We all know Paris as one of the world capitals of fashion. So why not make a detour among the biggest names in French ready-to-wear?

With the sun rays that assert, it will be necessary to renew his wardrobe! So if unfortunately, the rain came back, the BHV, the Galeries Lafayette, as well as most major brands will remain open during the ascent... And Spring too!

Escape  to the museums of the capital:

Paris is a European capital, so cultural! An alternative to window shopping and that will enrich you!

Painting, sculpture, sewing, architecture, history ... there is something for everyone and for all ages. I advise you to go on the website of the Paris tourist office to discover the exhibitions of the moment.

So, what outputs planned for you?
